Estes Termos regulam o uso das ferramentas de publicação de conteúdo e de atendimento automatizado da You2B. Ao usar essas ferramentas ou interagir com nossos perfis, você concorda com estes Termos e com a nossa Política de Privacidade.

  1. Ferramenta de publicação e agendamento: permite que membros autorizados da equipe You2B conectem as contas da You2B, de seus sócios e de clientes que contratam nossos serviços de produção e gestão de conteúdo no Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok e YouTube, para agendar e publicar conteúdo e consultar métricas.
  2. Atendimento automatizado no Instagram: responde automaticamente a comentários e mensagens diretas recebidos nos perfis da You2B, por exemplo para entregar um material solicitado.

Ao conectar ou usar contas de terceiros por meio dos serviços, você também concorda com os termos de cada plataforma:

5. Uso aceitável

Ao usar a ferramenta de publicação, você se compromete a:

  1. publicar apenas conteúdo próprio ou que tenha direito de usar, respeitando direitos autorais, de imagem e de marca;
  2. informar conteúdo publicitário ou patrocinado, quando for o caso, conforme as regras de cada plataforma;
  3. não publicar conteúdo ilegal, enganoso, discriminatório, violento ou que viole as políticas das plataformas;
  4. não usar os serviços para spam, envio em massa não solicitado ou manipulação artificial de engajamento;
  5. não tentar burlar limites técnicos, de segurança ou de uso das plataformas.

A You2B pode suspender ou encerrar o acesso de qualquer membro que descumpra estes Termos ou as políticas das plataformas. Você pode deixar de usar os serviços e revogar o acesso às suas contas a qualquer momento, conforme a seção 10 da Política de Privacidade.

O tratamento de dados pessoais é descrito na nossa Política de Privacidade, que faz parte destes Termos.

11. Alterações destes Termos

Podemos atualizar estes Termos. A versão vigente estará sempre neste endereço, com a data da última atualização.

12. Lei aplicável e foro

Estes Termos são regidos pelas leis da República Federativa do Brasil. Fica eleito o foro da comarca de São Paulo/SP, ressalvado o direito do consumidor de propor ação no foro do seu domicílio.

These Terms govern the use of You2B's content publishing and automated messaging tools. By using these tools or interacting with our profiles, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Portuguese version prevails in case of conflict.

2. What the services are

  1. Publishing and scheduling tool: allows authorized members of the You2B team to connect the accounts of You2B, its partners and clients who hire our content production and management services on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and YouTube, to schedule and publish content and view metrics.
  2. Automated Instagram messaging: automatically replies to comments and direct messages received on You2B's profiles, for example to deliver a requested material.

3. Who may use the services

  • The publishing tool is restricted to the You2B team and to clients who hire our services. Public sign-up is disabled.
  • A client's account is only connected with the account holder's authorization, granted through the platform's official login. The client may revoke this authorization at any time.
  • Each member may only connect accounts they are authorized to manage.
  • Members are responsible for keeping their login and password confidential.

When connecting or using third-party accounts through the services, you also agree to each platform's terms:

5. Acceptable use

When using the publishing tool, you agree to:

  1. publish only content you own or have the right to use, respecting copyright, image and trademark rights;
  2. disclose advertising or sponsored content, when applicable, according to each platform's rules;
  3. not publish illegal, misleading, discriminatory or violent content, or content that violates platform policies;
  4. not use the services for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or artificial engagement manipulation;
  5. not attempt to circumvent technical, security or usage limits of the platforms.

6. Automated messages on Instagram

  • We send automated messages only to people who have previously interacted with our profiles (through a comment, direct message or story), within the rules and time windows set by Meta.
  • Automated replies are identified as automated.
  • At any time, you can:
    • type "ATENDENTE" (agent) to talk to a person on our team;
    • type "PARAR" (stop) to stop receiving automated messages.
  • We do not send promotional messages outside the cases allowed by Meta's policies.

7. Intellectual property

  • The You2B brand, name and materials belong to You2B.
  • Content published by connected accounts remains the property of its authors.
  • Materials sent through automated messaging are for the personal use of the recipient, unless stated otherwise.

8. Availability and liability

  • The services depend on third-party platforms (Meta, Google/YouTube and TikTok), which may change, limit or discontinue their APIs at any time. Therefore, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every post or message will be delivered.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, You2B is not liable for failures, blocks or changes caused by these platforms.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.

9. Suspension and termination

You2B may suspend or terminate the access of any member who breaches these Terms or the platforms' policies. You may stop using the services and revoke access to your accounts at any time, as described in section 10 of the Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version will always be available at this address, with the date of the last update.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected as the venue, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a claim in the courts of their domicile.
